By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you must not access or use our Services.

Your brokerage relationship, brokerage account terms, and brokerage privacy practices are governed by your brokerage's own agreements and policies, not this Privacy Policy.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

Important Clarification: Quantara Capital does not seek to collect your brokerage login credentials through ordinary platform use where authentication is handled through secure token-based or brokerage-authorized API protocols. The API authorization does not grant us permission to withdraw funds from your account, transfer securities out of your account, or access your personal banking information through the integration itself.
2.4 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third parties, including:
Your Brokerage: Account status, connection status, and trade execution confirmations from your brokerage (such as Interactive Brokers or other supported brokerages)

Without limitation, your brokerage account, brokerage execution, custody, account administration, and third-party API permissions are governed in part by your brokerage's own terms and privacy practices.

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
Eligibility requirements for the platform require users to be adults with legal capacity and supported brokerage access, reinforcing that the Services are intended for adult users.

Quantara Capital may rely on third-party vendors and infrastructure providers and is not responsible for the independent privacy or security practices of unaffiliated third parties except as required by law
Quantara Capital may de-identify or aggregate information and retain or use such data indefinitely to the extent permitted by law
Rights and choices described in this Privacy Policy are subject to exceptions, verification procedures, legal retention requirements, dispute preservation needs, and technical limitations
